Large home in Newer Bolingbrook Subdivision has two rooms and a finished basement available for rent. Location is about a mile from both I-355 and 55. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 car garage, fenced yard and plenty of room.
Currently occupied by two younger adults and an awesome cat.
Recently updated .. Option to choose a neutral or light color paint for your bedroom walls.
Rooms are large with large closets ... One room has a larger closet than the other.
$650 per month for a room including utilities (Water, Electric, Gas, Cable and Internet). $800 per month including same utilities per month for the finished basement. Garage space available for an additional $50 per month. First months rent and security deposit of $500 due before moving in. Arrangements can be made to accomdate those who are unable to afford all of the security deposit at once (email with questions). Rent is due on the 25th of each month. Prefer a one year lease, but willing to be flexible for the right person.
No smoking inside the house, but outside is okay. Must be willing to clean up after yourself and pitch in for food and the necessary household items. No pets allowed, sorry.
